Mr. Almansberger consults with medical aesthetic practices in the areas of financial analysis, practice valuations, practice management issues, internal and external marketing, leadership training and team building, sales training, compensation methodology, and aesthetic practice development.
Mr. Almansberger has more than 20 years of industry experience in sales, marketing, management, and consulting. Prior to joining the Allergan Practice Consulting Group, he served as an Allergan aesthetic surgical representative in upstate New York and surrounding areas. In that role, Mr. Almansberger worked closely with clients to grow their practices. Before his career with Allergan, he filled several sales and management positions in the medical, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods industries.
Mr. Almansberger earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y.
