Ms. O’Bryan consults with medical aesthetic practices in the areas of financial analysis, practice valuations, practice management issues, compensation methodology, internal and external marketing, sales training, leadership coaching, staff education, team building, and aesthetic practice development.
Ms. O’Bryan has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, sales, marketing, training, and recruiting. Prior to joining the Allergan Practice Consulting Group, she held the prestigious title of executive business development manager in Allergan’s facial aesthetics division in San Francisco. In that role, Ms. O’Bryan served as the field sales trainer and West Area mentor; completed Allergan’s Emerging Leader Development Program; and contributed to several advisory boards and special projects, with a focus on strategic planning, corporate marketing initiatives, and new hire development.
She has earned several significant business awards, including the only two-time Business Development Manager of the Year, President’s Club, Leadership Council, Find-a-Way, and Key Opinion Leader Management. Ms. O’Bryan’s professional experience also includes being an aesthetic practice consultant for Dermik Laboratories, a direct hire consultant for Fellows Placement, and a sales and marketing associate at Union Bank of Switzerland.
Ms. O’Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human development from the University of California at Davis.
