Plenty! The exact number of credits will be confirmed once the agenda is finalized, but AES typically offers a robust 15–20 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and 15–20 contact hours for nurses. And if you’re hungry for even more, our hands-on workshops (available for a separate fee) are a fantastic way to earn additional CME/CE credit while sharpening your skills in real time.

Your registration unlocks full access to all educational sessions, the buzzing exhibit hall where you can meet face-to-face with leading industry partners, and exclusive industry-supported sessions and special events. You’ll also have the option to add hands-on workshops for a separate fee to deepen your learning and earn additional CME credit. We’ve got your meals covered too — breakfast Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; lunch Friday and Saturday; and refreshment breaks throughout the weekend. And of course, you’ll be able to claim CME/CE credit for every session you attend.
Absolutely — and they’re a highlight of the experience! Our hands-on workshops are held in conjunction with AES for a separate fee, with space intentionally limited to create an intimate, high-impact learning environment. Expect personalized attention, expert instruction, and real practice with the techniques you’ve been wanting to master.
To participate in the hands-on portion of the workshops, attendees must be licensed in the state of Florida or in a compact state. Not licensed in Florida or a compact state? You’re still welcome to observe the course and soak up every insight — just without injecting. Nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses must also submit an authorization form signed by their supervising physician to participate in the hands-on portion.
Business casual — comfortable, polished, and ready to network. Our meeting rooms tend to run a bit cool, so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater to stay cozy during sessions.
AES workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable. For the main AES meeting, cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start of the symposium will incur a $200 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start of the symposium are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
That said, we understand that life happens. For cancellations within 30 days of the symposium, we will make accommodations (less the $200 cancellation fee) in the following circumstances: (1) a death in the family, with written notification, or (2) a natural disaster, with a letter outlining the circumstances preventing your attendance. If an attendee must cancel due to a positive COVID-19 test, a one-time courtesy transfer to AES 2027 may be considered with proof of a positive test result and in accordance with current CDC quarantine guidelines. All such requests are honored at the discretion of AES.

We love when our attendees bring along their favorite people! While guests aren’t permitted in educational sessions or exhibit hall functions, they’re warmly invited to join you for the Thursday and Friday evening receptions with the purchase of a guest ticket. Each registered attendee may bring up to two guests, and guests must be accompanied by their attendee at all times. Please note that guests won’t receive conference materials or handouts and aren’t eligible for prize drawings.
