Virtual AES is held in a virtual platform that is similar to a live meeting experience. The virtual environment has a conference lobby, auditoriums, exhibit hall, networking lounge and information desk. Once you register and pay for Virtual AES, you will receive the website link to log into the virtual platform by email. Attendees will need to log into the virtual platform with the email address that they used to register for the conference.
The video presentations are available in the CME Auditorium and Industry Sponsored Auditorium located in the AES virtual platform. All sessions are available to watch at your leisure in the virtual platform until September 9, 2020.
The PDFs of the faculty presentations are available in the virtual platform in the Information Desk area to download. Simply visit the Information Desk and click on “Presentations” to view and download the presentations.
The virtual platform is supported on a laptop, computer (Mac or PC) or tablets (Android or IOS). It is recommend that the attendee does a system check in advance of the weekend and by visiting this link: https://aes.6connex.com/event/VirtualAES/system-check.

Yes, attendees can experience the full show from a tablet or smart phone/device.
To receive CME/CE credit attendees will need to complete the post-test and then complete the evaluation form after attending all educational sessions that they wish to claim credit for by visiting the AES website here https://www.aestheticextendersymposium.com/cme.
Attendees can only claim credit one time, so it is important that attendees watch all the sessions live or on-demand first and then complete the post-test and evaluation form. After the conference attendees will receive an email with more instructions on how to claim credit. If you do not receive the email to claim CME/CE credit please contact cme@aestheticextendersymposium.com.
