Erica Oakes, RN

Erica Oakes is a board-certified aesthetic nurse specialist, the cofounder of Culture Aesthetics & Wellness and the founder of Culture Academy of Medical Aesthetics. She is the Tennessee state chapter Secretary for AmSpa, sits on the educational committee for the International Society of Aesthetics and Plastic Nurses, is a Key Thought Leader, sits on various advisory boards for medical aesthetics and is an active member with the American Nurses Association and the Complication in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative Community. She was voted top aesthetic injector in her area in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Erica is passionate about education and evolving the field of medical aesthetics not only as she is training others but also in advancing her own skillset. Erica’s areas of expertise include nonsurgical full facial rejuvenation, advanced toxin and complication management.
