Badge Information

By allowing an exhibitor to capture your conference badge information, attendee understands, agrees and consents to the sharing of attendee's contact information with the company that captured your conference badge information.

Code of Conduct
The Aesthetic Extender Symposium expects all meeting attendees to maintain high standards of professional conduct and uphold the policies and procedures set forth for the meeting. To the degree that an attendee, individually or collectively, purposefully and fraudulently circumvents the AES rules, regulations and ethical standards, the AES vies such conduct as serious violation that will jeopardize attendance at the meeting and could jeopardize attendance at future AES meetings. The AES prohibits harassment by a client, an attendee, vendor, or others who may interact with staff during their course of business. The AES reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke the registration of any individual, without refund, as long as such refusal is consistent with AES policy.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for all registrations cancelled prior to July 23, 2018. Cancellations made in writing prior to the symposium start date will be subject to the following refunds:

  • There will be no refunds or transfers for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the symposium start date.
  • Accommodations for cancellations less the $100 cancellation fee will be made for the following exceptions.
    • Death in the Family – Provide written notification
    • Medical Reason – Provide a letter from your doctor stating the reason preventing your ability to travel to and attend the symposium.
    • Natural Disaster – Provide a letter indicating the circumstances preventing your attendance at the symposium

All cancellation notifications should be emailed to kplennox@aol.com.

AES reserves the right to cancel the symposium up to four (4) weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and/or accommodation expenses.

Children & pets (unless it is a service animal) are not permitted in the educational sessions or at the Aesthetic Extender Symposium events. AES has the right to refuse attendance for any reason and to ask an attendee to leave the meeting if necessary.

The symposium fee includes breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for the PARTICIPANT ONLY. There will be meals provided by pharmaceutical or other industry as part of the non-CME educational programs. It is the responsibility of the participant to know their state laws and employer regulations regarding acceptance of meals and gifts. Conference registrants should not register to participate in the meals if they are barred from accepting meals and gifts (inclusive of certain thresholds) provided by the pharmaceutical and/or other industry by their employer and/or state licensing board. AES cannot provide separate meals for participants who do not register to attend non-CME educational programs, and participants will need to make their own meal arrangements.

Meeting Rooms
The symposium will be held at the Loews Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. AES registration, non-CME educational programs, meal functions and exhibit hall will be in the same general area.

Injections are to be performed in the meeting space only by approved AES faculty DURING the educational sessions. Anyone caught injecting in the meeting space that is not approved faculty will be asked to leave.

Special Considerations
While every attempt will be made to control the temperature in the meeting room for your comfort, please remember to bring a jacket or sweater. Please note that, unfortunately, we do not accept any special meal requests. If you have specific dietary concerns, you will be responsible for arranging alternatives at your own cost.

Special Needs
We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us better serve you. Please contact kplennox@aol.com at least six (6) weeks in advance prior to the event.

You must provide a valid Email address when you register online to receive a symposium confirmation/receipt. Communications regarding symposium updates will only be made via email. Please remember to check your spam/junk box for confirmation emails and receipts.
