AES has contracted rooms at the resort starting at $288/night through $500/night plus a $30/night resort fee across a variety of room categories. The group rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before July 9, 2027 or until the AES room block is filled. Please note there are a limited number of rooms available and the room block is expected to sell out! Attendees must first register for the meeting and once registered, will receive a confirmation email with the link and special code to book a room.
