Kara McClanahan, MBA, MHA, CMPE, is an executive consultant and aesthetic practice coach with nearly 30 years in the aesthetics industry. She is the founder of Aesthetic Practice Partners and specializes in optimizing operational efficiency and practice performance exclusively within the cosmetic space. Kara's background spans neurology, primary care, dermatology, and plastic surgery, with extensive leadership experience as VP of Operations for a 57-practice healthcare company, Practice Administrator, VP of Sales in medical devices, and private consultant. She is a Board-Certified Medical Practice Executive (MGMA) and holds advanced degrees in business and healthcare administration.

Kara is also a nonprofit founder, empowering women in aesthetics through mentorship and education. She is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences and an active community volunteer.
