Amber Edwards is the Founder & CEO of EncorVita Health, a platform designed to equip premium aesthetic clinics to deliver evidence-based women’s health and perimenopause care. She is a globally recognized operator in medical aesthetics with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing category-defining brands across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and physician-dispensed skincare. Amber played a formative role in the early commercial launches of Botox and Juvederm, helping establish and scale two of the most successful products in medical aesthetics history. Her Allergan career included US and International leadership roles in both Aesthetics and Ophthalmology, leading RESTASIS to blockbuster status and later overseeing strategic marketing and execution for the Aesthetics portfolio across all ex-U.S. markets. She went on to serve as Chief Commercial Officer of ALASTIN Skincare, the fastest-growing physician-dispensed skincare brand at the time, where she helped drive rapid scale and brand equity, culminating in a successful acquisition by Galderma. Most recently, Amber was Global CEO of Sinclair, a medical aesthetics company with a portfolio of 16 medical device solutions commercialized in more than 55 countries. Amber began her healthcare career "carrying a bag" as a Parke-Davis sales representative and went on to lead sales training for the women's health division before the company was acquired by Pfizer in 2000. Amber moved to NYC to take on a variety of different marketing roles at Pfizer, including a formative role on the femHRT team, making her return to perimenopause care a true full-circle story.
