Board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Leslie Fletcher, NP-BC is a highly respected aesthetic nurse injector who has worked since 2001 with world-renowned, celebrity dermatologists and plastic surgeons. In November 2019 she was named the Best Aesthetic Nurse in the US and her clinic was voted best med spa in the world by her peers in the largest global aesthetic awards, My Face, My Body. The successful medical clinic she founded in 2010 located in Los Angeles, CA has been ranked in the top 0.05% of the nation for use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers and in 2019 was named one of Inc. 5000 fastest growing of all companies in the US.

As a highly sought-after international speaker and faculty injection trainer, as well as one of 7 US Complication Consultants for Allergan, Leslie is highly respected as a global leader in the field of aesthetic medicine. To date, Leslie has been Allergan’s number one utilized trainer the last 4 years in a row and has trained over 6,000 physicians and mid-level practitioners.

She has authored over 20 medical aesthetic articles published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing (JAN) where she serves on the editorial board. Leslie has authored and been awarded three educational grants, and one publication grant from Allergan Aesthetics to produce educational content for her trainees worldwide.
