Kara Moncrief is an accomplished aesthetic industry leader with more than 14 years of experience in clinical education, practice development, sales leadership, and business growth. Formerly Vice President of Commercial Affairs, she led clinical training, practice development initiatives, and national account sales programs.

A recognized international speaker, Kara has presented in more than 30 countries and trained distributors and providers across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Australia. She has also been featured on television programs, industry podcasts, and in leading aesthetic publications.

Currently serving as Vice President of Growth Programs, Kara helps aesthetic practices scale through proven marketing strategies, business development programs, and technology adoption. Combining clinical expertise with commercial leadership, she is passionate about helping practices achieve sustainable growth and exceptional patient outcomes.
