Matthew D. Hastings, DMSc, PA-C, FAAPA, FSDPA, is a board-certified Physician Associate and Doctor of Medical Science with over 17 years of clinical experience and a distinguished background in medical, surgical, pediatric, and aesthetic dermatology. He is the Founder, President, and CEO of Cimarron Aesthetics in New Albany, Ohio, where he leads a rapidly growing, patient-centered practice focused on clinical excellence, innovation, and safety in aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Hastings has extensive expertise in advanced aesthetic procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, energy-based devices, and PDO thread lifting. He has trained extensively in MINT® PDO Threads and incorporates these techniques into high-volume clinical practice with a strong emphasis on natural results and long-term outcomes.

A passionate educator and respected clinical trainer, Dr. Hastings has held multiple training roles throughout his career and is recognized for translating complex techniques into practical, safe, and reproducible outcomes.
